Company History

Long Run Imports Inc. was registered in 1977 and incorporated on September 25, 1981. We are pleased to be celebrating 49 years of business! After moving from the hustle and bustle of Toronto, Long Run Imports Inc. is now housed in renovated and upgraded post-and-beam dairy barns, originally constructed circa 1780. We are located about 15 km south of Picton at South Bay in scenic Prince Edward County.

The Company Today

Owner and Director, Richard T Copple, is a class "A" mechanic holding Inter Provincial License #78368 with 57 years experience as a licensed technician.

Specializing in European and import automobiles, our areas of expertise include but are not limited to the following:

• Complete vehicle restoration

• Mechanical repairs to original factory specs

• Electrical and wiring

• Engine rebuilding

• Suspension and steering

• Brakes

• Carburetion and fuel injection

• Complete body rebuilds to original specs using replacement panels

• Appraisals and valuations

• Tuning

The Long Run facilities are comprised of 6,000 square feet of service area and an additional 5,000 of office and storage. As well as a secondary storage facility of 2,000 square feet is used to house projects at various stages of completion.
